We’re sorry that the product didn’t meet your expectations. We want to ensure your satisfaction, so please let us know if there’s anything we can do to assist you.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or 30 days after receiving the item (if it was a gift), as long as the product has not been used.

Exceptions:

Sales of personalized orders, clearance items, promotional stock, and discounted products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • A flat $7 fee will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return:

  2. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
  3. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
